Transcripts

Transcripts are the written record of a student's academic performance throughout highschool. It includes the number of credits a student has earned, information regarding GPA, and more. Students should be concerned about what is on the transcript, as any college or post-secondary schooling will require applicants to provide one.

The Important Info

  • Hanford High School provides students with 3 free transcripts, sent to the schools of their choice. Every additional transcript will cost $1.00
  • If a student applies online, a written request must be writtento the guidance secretary to have a transcript and test scores sent
  • A student must have all fees and fines paid or access to transcripts will be restricted

General Information

  • The transcript must be signed by the student's guidance counselor in order for it to be an official document
  • For international or exchange students, transcripts must be signed by the high school's principal (Mr. Gosney for HHS students).
